I can't think anymore. My head hurts and my eyes have ceased their proper function. My stomach crawls and lurches. My knees give out under the weight of my body and my heart beats too slow. The innards of my body burn and I feel like I could cry or laugh at any moment. How can I pursue knowledge if I can not think? If I can not see? If I can't function then I am useless. I am trapped in a body which is genetically defaulted into mediocrity. If only the pain, which is ubiquitous throughout my mind, would not hinder me; if only my eyes would let me read without constant strain.

I can not live a life like this to the fullest, there is no fullness to be found. There is no cure and there is no alleviation of distress to be heard of.

There are no complaints, for how could there be when the rule is that one should not complain! Who would I complain to, I wonder. No one is there to complain to, and even if I could complain the retardation which has quietly usurped my once flourishing mind would not allow me to express it to other minds more properly basic than my own.
